Hey. This is mainly for our division leaders, but everyone should take note as well. We will try to start doing weekly roll calls, so if our division leaders will post in The Board Room under the thread Weekly Rollcall and let us know what's up with your division, we'd appriecate the effort of you doing it without us having to prompt you to.
Also, if you are a division member, make sure your division leader knows who you are, and that you play in that division, so they can have a more accurate member list of who's still active. If you plan on being inactive or something comes up, just post it on the forums to let us know. After a few weeks, you should notice those who are most active and helpful to their respective divisions should be recognized publicly on their forums and will possibly receive increased ranks based on administrative and division leader discussion and approval.
Also as a reminder, division assistance are also asked to help with this. And if you notice your members have not added their characters to their games on their profiles, please try to get them to do so. That way we will be able to tag everyone to their respective games and keep track of this easier for the admins who can view the main user list under the admin console, allowing us better use of permissions on the site and forums.
